We love all of our clients at SALON T.ELLE, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again. Take a quick read. CANCELLATION

We hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will occur a 50% charge of your treatment cost. You can cancel/ move your appointment out with the 24 hours before by using our online app or calling the salon on 01577 862095.If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling you will be charged the full cost of your appointment cost and unable to rebook until this balance is paid.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will not be able to carry out the service due to it running into the next clients time allocated. You will then be charged 50% of your service cost.
